Emerald Isle Woods Trail - Early October

Emerald Isle Woods Park offers a nuber of easty to moderate hiking trails. These wooded pathways lead through the maritime forest, over some small streams and past some sallish ponds. The park, located in the town who's name it bears, is a popular spot for dog walkers, joggers and nature lovers.

This popular beach town is located on a barrier island named Bogue Banks. The village is at the western end of the Crystal Coast.
