Sunest at the Beach - End of a Beautiful Day

The sun sets on a beautiful October day at the beach. Warm hues of orange and yellow are contrasted by the blue-gray sky as the fiery orb barely peeks above the horizon. The darkness of the twilight hour embraces the scene. Night will soon follow.

It is early Fall and the location is the main beach access area at Atlantic Beach North Carolina. One of several seaside communities known as the Crystal Coast, tourist season has come to its end leaving this popular location free from their human incursion. It is a scene of tranquility, or peacefulness and serenity.
