Roadside English Daisy in Eastern North Carolina

An English Daisy, Bellis perennis, grows along a country road in eastern North Carolina. Also known as the Common or Yard daisy, these lovely little white and yellow perennials are considered as an invasive species and can frequently be found growing wild along the backroads of NC. While some people may consider them weed like, I find them quite beautiful As these were my late wife's favorite flower they will always hold a special place in my heart.
