Beach Sunrise at Cedar Island North Carolina 04/10/2022

The sun rises over the beach on a beautiful Spring morning at Cedar Island, North Carolina. The beach, located adjacent to the NC Ferry Terminal, stretches along the eastern end of the island. This Downeast Carteret county community is home to a herd of wild banker horses as well as a herd of feral cows. Remote and picturesqe is the best way to describe this part of the Crystal Coast.
